Especially if you are an Art Lab Association member, you will need to update your credit card when the previous one runs out. This will ensure you do not lose access to your membership.
Teachable will send you out an email to remind you that your credit card information needs to be updated. You may also get an email to inform you that you have a failed subscription billing. Sometimes this happens because your bank needs to be notified that you are paying a subscription payment (they will sometimes block it until you approve the payment to guard against fraud).
Here is how you can go in to your account and update or amend your payment details.
